We are excited to onboard you to the Via platform in Douglas County, CO!

Scroll to find instructions below on how you can complete:

  • Drug & alcohol test
  • Fingerprint-based background check
  • Medical examination, also known as “TNC physical”
  • Vehicle 21-point inspection

Drug & Alcohol Test

  1. First, a Via representative will order a drug test for you. If you are unsure whether a drug test has been ordered, text us at (720) 964-2408.
  2. Once a drug test is ordered, you’ll receive an email with a subject titled “Your Drug Screen QPassport”.
  3. Bring your ID to the following drug test locations, or other drug test locations of your choice: Care Now – Highlands Ranch – 7120 E County Line Rd Highlands Ranch, CO

      Fingerprint-based Background Check

      1. Create an account through American Bioidentity Inc at https://abi.cabiond.com
      2. Click “Place New Order” in the top-right corner.
      3. Input your zip code to find a live scan location convenient for you, then pick an available spot to schedule an appointment.
      4. Next, under “Do you have a Billing Code?”, type in billing code 8050VTRAN.
      5. The following screen shows that the service type is “CO Licensure/Employment CABS”.
      6. Next, you’ll see a screen confirming service type in further detail. You will see 8050VECG under “CBI Unique ID”.
      7. Then you’ll be prompted to confirm your personal information.
      8. Review the order, and scroll down to the bottom of the page to check “I have read the Privacy Act Statement and Accept it”.
      9. Lastly, you will see that amount due is $0.
      10. Click “Finish” to confirm.
      11. You will receive a confirmation. Simply show up to the appointment to complete the fingerprint-based background check!

          Medical Examination “TNC Physical”

          1. Once your background check clears you will receive an invitation from Checkr to complete a DOT physical.
          2. Follow the instructions on the email from Checkr to choose your clinic

            21-Point Vehicle Inspection

            1. Bring your personal vehicle to a certified mechanic. Ask them to complete a 21-point inspection for your vehicle. You can go to any mechanic of your choice. Here are some of our recommendations:
              • Jiffy Lube
              • Pep Boys
              • Firestone Complete Auto Care
            2. Share your receipt with us. We will send you a prepaid Visa gift card for the cost of the inspection!
