River North Transit LLC or Nomad Transit LLC (each, the “Company”)

(a)       You warrant and represent that the Vehicle used to provide the Transportation Services is at all times covered by an automobile liability insurance policy which complies with the type and amount of insurance coverage mandated by Applicable Law (the “Auto Insurance”). You agree to provide the Company with a copy of a current certificate of Auto Insurance.

(b)       You agree to carry your personal certificate of Auto Insurance coverage and any applicable TNC certificate of Auto Insurance coverage, provided to you by the Company, while operating the Vehicle. You agree to produce both certificates whenever the Vehicle is involved in a traffic incident while operating on the Via Platform or upon request of authorized personnel.

(c) You acknowledge that:

(i)     The Company provides the following insurance coverage while you provide Transportation Services:

(ii)     Your personal automobile insurance policy may not provide coverage while you are providing Transportation Services because you will be using a vehicle in connection with a TNC’s online-enabled application or platform.

(iii)     If the vehicle you use to provide transportation network services has a lien against it, you may be required to notify the lienholder that you may be using the vehicle to provide transportation network services.

(d)       You acknowledge and agree that should you have any questions about the scope of your personal automobile insurance policy, it is your responsibility to resolve them with your insurer(s).

(e)        The Company may carry occupational accident insurance for your benefit, and accidental death insurance for the benefit of your spouse, children, and other dependents.
