You can now call riders!
Step 1: Press “Call Rider”
If you don’t see the rider after pressing I’m here, you can press “call rider”.
Step 2: Initiate Call
Click “call” in this pop-up. You will receive a call that will connect you to the rider. Don’t forget to pick up this call!
We’ll call you on the number where we send you your rates.
Step 3: Answer the Incoming Call
Answer the call and wait for the rider to pick up, so you can help them find your car. When they are more than 2 min away, you can advise them to book a new ride or call/text Via Live Support.
Step 4: Wait for Rider
After calling the rider, the countdown clock will guide you on how long to wait for them.
Step 5: Request No Show
The “No Show” button will automatically appear after 2 min. You can press it if your rider is not there. Please always try to call the rider first!
Step 6: Confirm No Show
When the rider is not there, you can confirm the “No Show” by pressing “yes”. If the rider showed up, you can press “no” and go back to the pick-up screen and press “Pick Up”.
