Via SMS Updates
One of the biggest points of feedback we’ve received from you, our awesome team of drivers, is the need for more frequent updates about hours worked and feedback from customers. We’ve listened to this feedback, and are happy to announce the launch of Via SMS Updates. Beginning in August, each day you will get an SMS message with your hours worked with Via the day before, and each week you will get an update with your Via ride ratings.
1. Daily Hours Updates
You will now receive an SMS every morning with the number of hours you worked the day before, broken down by Morning Peak Hours (7-9:30 AM), Evening Peak Hours (5-8 PM), and Off-Peak Hours.
2. Weekly Ratings Updates
You will also receive an SMS at the end of the week with your average rider ratings from the prior week, and your overall rider ratings from your time working with Via. As a reminder, Via riders have the option (but are not required) to rate their ride after each trip they make with Via. Many of our drivers have been getting great feedback from our riders, and Weekly Ratings Updates will be a great way to pass along this feedback to you!
