How it works.
- Choose open driving slots in Deputy during the weeks of 8/31, 9/6, and 9/14:
- Claim and complete 3 open slots, earn $25.
- Claim and complete 4 open slots, earn $50.
- Claim and complete 5 open slots, earn $75.
- Claim and complete 6 open slots, earn $100.
- To qualify for this promotion, you’ll need to:
- Arrive on time. If you begin driving 10 minutes after your reserved driving slot time, the slot will not count towards your promotion.
- Attend your claimed slots. If you no-show or drop a slot in Deputy less than 48 hours before the slot begins you will start the streak over (i.e. previously completed driving slots will not count toward the promotion).

This offer is reserved for active Via Driver Partners who (i) have received this announcement email or message directly from Via, (ii) continue to meet all of Via’s eligibility requirements to begin driving on the Via Platform. Promotion payments will be made on a weekly basis, on the applicable scheduled Via earnings pay dates. Via reserves the right to withhold payment in situations where a Driver Partner violates the terms of this promotion or otherwise violates Via’s policies, or has been disaffiliated from the Via Platform before the scheduled time of payment. Engaging in system abuse or other unauthorized behavior on the platform shall result in immediate and absolute forfeiture of eligibility. Confirming your availability for a ride and not proceeding to the pick-up point, or not picking up the passenger(s), or picking up the passenger(s) but not dropping them off at the requested destination, will disqualify you from this offer. In no event will a Driver Partner be allowed to meet the applicable threshold for this promotion by driving for a number of hours exceeding those permitted by any applicable driver fatigue (or related) rules. This offer is valid for a limited time only and may be revoked by Via at any time. Terms subject to change in Via’s sole discretion. A Driver Partner will earn a promotion on top of their earnings if they complete a specified number of driving slots within a specified period of time. No promotion amounts will be paid if the threshold is not met. For this purpose each driving slot is published through the Deputy platform weekly on Mondays between 5PM and 6PM EST. A driver partner has 48 hours to drop a driving slot if they can no longer drive during such a slot and still qualify for this promotion. This promotion is applicable to the weeks of 8/31, 9/7, and 9/14 and ends 9/20 at 11:59 PM EST.
