What is Early Access?
Early Access is a program for selecting your preferred driving times — we’ve moved our driving time release day so that you could be eligible to sign up one day earlier!
How do I get early access?
Each week, we’ll look back on the reserved driving time you completed over the previous two weeks (Monday – Sunday). If your total online time (excluding breaks) makes up at least 90% of the driving times that you reserved, you’ll receive early access to new driving times the following week!* We’ll let you know via SMS if you’re eligible.
How can I remain eligible for Early Access?
You can remain eligible for early access even if your total online time (excluding breaks) does not make up at least 90% of the driving times that you previously reserved, so long as:
- You cancelled your reserved driving time at least 24 hours prior to the start time.
- You were unable to drive on the Via Platform due to vehicle maintenance issues from a vehicle leasing partner.
Heads up, early access may not be issued in the event of system abuse or unauthorized behavior.
*Terms & Conditions: Eligibility in this program is limited to Driver Partners who (1) have an active and valid account on the Via Platform and (2) who complete at least 90% of the total online time reserved in the prior two weeks. Breaks will not be counted towards the total online time. A Driver Partner may still be eligible for this program if they fall below 90% completion so long as they cancelled their reserved driving time at least 24 hours prior to the start time or they were unable to drive on the Via Platform during their reserved time due to vehicle maintenance issues from a vehicle leasing partner. Via reserves the right to limit eligibility from a Driver Partner for any valid legal reason. This program is valid for a limited time only and may be revoked or altered at any time at Via’s sole discretion, and these terms are subject to change at Via’s sole discretion.
