Pope Francis & Via System Adjustments

Pope Francis will be visiting New York City on Thursday, 9/24, and Friday, 9/25.

Please be aware of a few important System adjustments during the Papal visit:

• Via’s routing will take into account most street closures related to the Pope’s visit and UN activities

• In the event of unexpected closures, please choose an alternate route as you see fit

• Some customers may be confused by changes to their typical Pickups, Dropoffs, or routes. Please explain that the changes are temporary and only due to intermittent street closures
