A Via Reminder:

If you need to take a quick break just text the Via Ops Team!

We know it gets busy out there! Don’t forget that if you need to take a quick break to use the restroom or fill up on gas, just send the Via Ops Team a note. We’ll make you unavailable while you make a quick stop but still keep you on the clock.

A few things to remember about breaks:

 

  • Avoid Peak Hours

    Help Via out: try to avoid taking breaks during the Peak Hours of 6:45-9:30am & 5 – 8pm

  • Keep it to 15 minutes or less to stay on Shift

    Please keep your breaks to 15 mins if you want to stay on Shift. After 15 mins your Shift will be ended automatically.

  • Need more time?

    Need more than 15 mins? Please End Shift and take as long as you need. When you’re back, tap “Start Shift” and we’ll get you back on the road.

  • Play it straight

    Please keep the number of breaks reasonable throughout the course of the day. Frequent break requests will result in your shift being ended automatically.
