System Update: On the Clock with 1st Ride or 1st Terminal

You can now receive rides as soon as you are within Via’s Service Zone! As soon as you enter the Via Service Zone, you will be eligible to receive rides from the Via System. Your shift hours will start either when you are sent your first ride OR when you reach your first terminal, whichever comes first.

Bottom Line: This Via System Update means more time on the clock and less time driving to reach a Terminal

Starting Shift:

    1. Arrive into Via’s Service Zone and continue to drive toward your first Terminal.  As soon as you enter the Via Service Zone, be prepared to receive rides.  If you are not ready to receive rides, then log out of the Via App until you are ready
    2. If you receive a ride before you reach your first terminal, your shift hours will start as soon as you are assigned your first ride
    3. If you do not receive a ride before you reach your first terminal, your shift hours will start as soon as you reach your first Terminal and tap I’m Here
