Terms of Use

New driver promotion: Eligibility to participate in this limited-time promotion is limited to only those drivers who: (1) receive this offer via email or text message and (2) complete their registration to drive on the Via ridesharing platform by November 30, 2020. Eligible participants who complete 60 hours driving on the Via platform within 14 days of having completed their registration to drive on the Via platform will earn an extra $400. Eligible participants who do not reach those 60 hours but complete at least 20 hours driving on the Via platform within 7 days of having completed their registration to drive on the Via platform will earn an extra $120. Breaks taken during driving hours will not be counted towards the 60 or 20 hour total. These promotions are not cumulative, and only up to one may apply per driver. Each promotion cannot be combined with any other driver promotion that Via may offer at this time or in the future. This promotion may be revoked or altered at any time at Via’s sole discretion, and these terms are subject to change at Via’s sole discretion.

Referral program: Earnings limited to qualified referrals, as determined by Via in its sole discretion. A qualified referral must (1) complete 40 hours of driving within 14 days of finishing driver onboarding and (2) should be referred by an active driver of Via who has completed 10 hours of driving in the same 14-day period.

A qualified referral can only be counted once. The intended purpose of the referral program is to enable participants to share referral details with friends, family, and on personal social media networks only with individuals known personally to the referring rider. Participants are not eligible for promotions for referrals made through public websites including forums, blogs, or coupon code aggregators. Via reserves the right to disqualify participants from future participation in the referral program and/or to rescind any referral promotion granted to participants if Via determines that such participant violated these terms. This offer is valid for a limited time only and may be revoked or altered at any time at Via’s sole discretion, including after a referral has been made. These terms are subject to change at Via’s sole discretion.
