Make sure your front seat is clean and pushed back, your iPad is plugged in, and your Via Signs are clearly visible.

Start Shift as you are nearing the Via Zone, the iPad will tell you to which Terminal to drive to to begin working. 

Drive to your Terminal, if you receive a ride on your way to your Terminal, head to the Pickup! If you do not,  Tap I’m Here when you reach your first Terminal.

Tap “Go” when you leave the Terminal and stick with your route.
Keep an eye on the iPad in case you receive more rides along the way.

Make sure you are picking up the correct passenger: take the extra time to confirm the name and number of riders!

Text the Via Ops Team as soon as possible, we’ll help locate them and let you know if you need to wait or can continue.
