Via’s Vehicle Threshold makes sure that all Via driver partners continue to have plenty of work and keep earning the same consistent hourly rates with Via.

Here are a few important things about Via’s Vehicle Threshold that you should know:

Midday Breaks

As long as you complete at least 2 hours of driving with Via, you can sign back in at any time that day, regardless of the threshold.

Threshold Adjustments

The threshold is based on rider demand. The threshold is higher during times of high demand (Morning & Evening Peaks), the threshold is lower during times of lower demand (Off Peak hours).

Beat the Rush

Sign in before or during the peak hours in order to have the best access to the Via System.

Drivers are constantly checking in and out, if you aren’t able to sign in due to the threshold try again in a bit!
