This offer is reserved for newly activated Via Driver Partners who (i) have received this announcement email or message directly from Via, (ii) continue to meet all of Via’s eligibility requirements to begin driving on the Via Platform and (iii) have not driven with Via previously. Promotion payments will be made on a weekly basis, on the applicable scheduled Via earnings pay dates. All amounts are subject to the Driver Partner’s standard service fee.  Via reserves the right to withhold payment in situations where a Driver Partner violates the terms of this promotion or otherwise violates Via’s policies, or has been disaffiliated from the Via Platform before the scheduled time of payment. Engaging in system abuse or other unauthorized behavior on the platform shall result in immediate and absolute forfeiture of eligibility. Confirming your availability for a ride and not proceeding to the pick-up point, or not picking up the passenger(s), or picking up the passenger(s) but not dropping them off at the requested destination, will disqualify you from this offer. In no event will a Driver Partner be allowed to meet the applicable threshold for this promotion by driving for a number of hours exceeding those permitted by any applicable driver fatigue (or related) rules. Only completed rides count towards this offer. Rider no-shows or cancellations do not count towards this offer. This offer is valid for a limited time only and may be revoked by Via at any time. Terms subject to change in Via’s sole discretion.

If the specified number of rides are completed in the specified time frame in accordance with the terms, the specified promotion amount will be paid in addition to the applicable standard rates. The applicable bonus amount will apply for each of the first four (4) weeks of driver’s driving on the Via platform, only if one of the stated driving thresholds was met in such week, and only with respect to the completed rides that form part of such applicable threshold. For the avoidance of doubt, one week is equal to exactly seven 24-hour days, inclusive of the promotion start date.
