VIA Incident Support Guide 

Our goal is to get you back on the road faster 

1) IS EVERYONE OK? 

If someone is hurt / injured call 911 and to get them emergency help / support right away 

2) CALL DRIVER SUPPORT 

This will make you unavailable and have another driver come pick up any passengers that you might have in the van. Support will also file the incident report with Via. 

3) GET THE OTHER DRIVERS INFORMATION 

Take 2 pictures of everything 

Make sure pictures are clear and all wording can easily be seen 

○ Drivers License 

○ Proof of insurance 

○ License plate of other vehicle 

4) CAPTURE THE SCENE 

Take 2 pictures of everything 

• Damage to the Via van 

○ Left side of damage 

○ Right side of damage 

• Damage to the other vehicle 

○ Left side of damage 

○ Right side of damage 

• Any car parts that might have fallen off the Via Vans or the other car 

5) FILE A POLICE REPORT
