Recently, we learned that strangers falsely claiming to be employees of other ridesharing companies have asked driver partners for personal information over the phone and through text message. 

While Via Team Members may occasionally ask you to verify phone numbers or a new license plate, Team Via will never ask for your full account login information over the phone. You can always email us at our secure email address ([email protected]) to verify it is in fact a member of Team Via who is asking you for data.
